Ashley Gardens is a vibrant new chapter in the Ashley Road South Masterplan, thoughtfully shaped by Churchman Thornhill Finch. Rooted in collaboration and crafted with care, the Sessile landscape design brings together nature, community, and innovation in North London’s Tottenham Hale.

At its heart lies the Berol Link - a green, pedestrian-first streetscape that seamlessly connects Ashley Road and the former pencil factory to the neighbouring Down Lane Park. The lushly planted route enriched with sensory lighting and integrated seating. The podium garden offers residents a lush, sheltered sanctuary, a quiet retreat that invites connection with nature and each other. Above, three roof terraces bloom with fruit trees, herbs, and playful spaces for under-fives, all set against panoramic views of London.

This is landscape architecture that listens - to place, to people, to climate. Climate-resilient planting, natural water storage, and low-energy lighting solutions reflect a commitment to sustainability and beauty. Every detail, from the paving to the planting, has been considered with care and elegance.

Ashley Gardens is more than a development - it’s a living, breathing environment designed to grow with its community. Grounded, accessible, and confidently creative, it’s a testament to what thoughtful design can achieve.
