Sandra Gans

Assistant Landscape Architect

Sandra is an aspiring landscape architect with a human-centred approach to design, always striving to create outdoor spaces that prioritize the human experience. Her passion for this approach was shaped by years of embarking upon and leading backcountry canoe trips in Canada, where she gained a deep appreciation for how the outdoors influences one’s well-being.

Sandra holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and a Master of Landscape Architecture from the Bartlett (UCL). During her time at the Bartlett, she focused her research on understanding the intricate relationship between public space, emotions, and memory. Before joining Churchman Thornhill Finch, Sandra worked as both an exterior and interior landscape designer in Canada, and London.
